Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at www.darbyandco.com.au. If you would like to buy something at a lesser value than the voucher, the voucher retains the unused value and can be used at a later date as long as it is within 12 months of the original purchase date. If you would like to purchase an item at greater value than the voucher you can pay the balance of the item using a credit card.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of NSW within USA and the parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the NSW Courts within USA.
